Excellent travel journal for longer trips

I am very picky about journals, especially when it comes to traveling. This one has more than met my expectations. It is a hardback, which will serve us well on our long trip. It is also small enough to fit into a guide bag, but large enough to write in easily. I chose to print our itinerary, emergency numbers, flight information, etc and tape it to some of the pages in the front and back of this journal. There are still plenty of pages left for a full month of journaling! I like the inspiring quotes, page quality, and the color cover design. There is also a nice ribbon marker for keeping place.Overall, this journal is perfect if you're looking for plenty of freedom to design your own book. There are no special pages for hotels and sights, so you can keep records however YOU wish. Great product! Cloth on hardback will last and last.

Excellent gift -- better than most blank books / journals

This is not your normal blank journal, in that it provides wonderful quotes regarding travel to inspire the writer. Twain, Emerson, Thoreau, and even Shirley MacLaine contribute to ideas related to travel.I've bought several of these diaries and given them as gifts for graduates or birthdays. Plus we have several to record our family journeys.
