I thoroughly enjoyed Erika's cookbook. I have followed her career ever since she and her husband moved to our town {Yakima} and opened the bed and breakfast-A TOUCH of EUROPE. I also enjoyed reading about her family. Her cuisine is impecable not to mention her desire to obtain the freshest ingredients grown here in our valley and our exceptional wines that are produced locally only enhance her menu.

She is imaginative with her recipes. She takes into concideration what is in season and uses these fresh flavors to create the wonderful,surprising tastes for the tongue. This is a cookbook for those who want something a little different than the usual. I highly recommend it.
