AAAdroitly-ZZZeros-in on what managers need to know!

This is a quick reference and practical guide for managers dealing with an extremely broad range of issues and problems. Each issue is presented followed by approaches for solving the problem and preventative measures to avoid it in the future. This book is useful and to-the-point. It should be of exceptional value to those new to the ranks of management, but even those with stripes and stars will find value in this work. Recommended. Excellent idea book for new managers

New managers must get their hands on a copy of this book. Simply put, this book is an excellent reference to have around for anybody who manages people, from one employee to several dozen. The ideas put forth in this book are applied consistently, and the solutions to given situations are put forth in a manner easy to understand. Also it gives the 10 rules to effectively and consistently manage employees that any manager should have. The rest of the book deals with specific situations, and proposed situations. This book is a must-have for new managers, and also for experienced managers looking for a fresh approach to difficult situations.
