A Time and a Season is a Christian fiction novel about a resentful teenage girl from Indiana, who discovers she is pregnant by her college-bound boyfriend. Jilted and rejected, the hopeless teenager finds comfort in the warm embrace of her friends. However, adversity and the strong winds of life blow the teen off course. The teenager's lack of maturity and misguided judgment force her into a spiritual ditch. On her own, the girl struggles through her winter storms unprotected from the turbulent crime and desolation on the streets of New York City. The natural forces of nature on our world produce seasons and change. The forces of daily stress and care on our human mind and emotions produce seasons in our life, too. It is inevitable these seasons will induce change. Some people hate change in their lives. Others tolerate change, while there are those who welcome change. When there is change, we have to adapt, modify, and improvise. God expects to see a change in our hearts and lives that will glorify His name.
