A Temporary Texas Transfer: Another Anthony and McBride Adventure

Federal Agent Sarah Anthony and her partner, Tom Henson, are on the trail of a missing teenager who was abducted on her way home from school. Her father, John Ellis, CEO of Titan International, fears the worst as they track the girl down. Connor McBride and his friend Wade Hood are on their own search for a lost boy in the forest. After a second night in the woods, they finally come upon him-he was dead. Down in the dumps over the boy's discovery, Connor goes to Washington, DC, to visit Sarah. While there, Director Henry Wilson gets a phone call from Director Adam Reynolds in Texas asking for help to find a wildlife photographer who had had a photo shoot down there a while back. One of their agents had been murdered near the part of Texas where Connor had taken his pictures. Agent Anthony is temporarily assigned to the agency down there to help in their investigation. The story is full of twists and turns, keeping the reader wondering just who killed the Texas agent and what happened to Lindsey Ellis.
