Good Lit

I really enjoyed this book. I can't understand why people have to get on line and say something totally stupid instead of trying to give the author credit for something most people, apparently can't do. I personally can't write an entire novel and admire those who can so really--people should keep their negative, rude comments to themselves or say something nice. There was plenty in the book that deserved a notable mention at least. Ms. Alexis has very enjoyable books, some better than others but that's the case with all books. I'd recommend Temptation in a heartbeat, along with her other works. Keept it up, Ms. Alexis

I thought it was very good

Despite the negative comments, there were some good ones and those are the ones that should count the most. Maybe the others should try writing a book themselves and see how they would fare--probably not very well. I thought the book was creative and was just a sweet romance. It's a good read on a night where all you want to do is curl up in bed and enjoy something interesting. I would definitely recommend the book especially if you don't listen to the narrow comments.

Great Romance Story!

It made me sad to read all of the low ratings for this book! I thought it was wonderful! At first I thought it was going to be a bad book based upon the reviews but it was soooo not that! This book has a great storyline and I finished it in 2 days because I could not put it down! The fastest I have finished any romance novel! Love it! Be Blessed, Destiny

Brandi Miles has had the worst luck with men, so when she finds her Mr. Perfect and has to forget about him she is totally lost. When she wins a prestigious award to one of the most interesting schools, she finds herself in awe of a professor who could either make her or break her. Brandi isn't sure what to make of her situation, but she knows if she and her professor are going to make it to the end of the semester, she's going to have to face him and deal with the one mistake that may change her life. Dr. Timothy Polaris isn't your ordinary professor. He is a talented writer and a teacher with compassion, but he has a checkered past which seems to always get him in trouble. He usually takes his troubles away from the school, but when he steps into the lecture hall on the first day of class and sees the face of his enchanted beauty, he's lost as to what to do. Brandi and Tim find themselves facing problems at many levels. Not only are people having racial issues, but there are a few adversaries who would love to see the relationship fall apart. When spiteful things start happening at Tim's house, the relationship gets rocky as Tim tries to protect Brandi from his past. Renee Alexis' A TASTE OF TEMPATION is a well-written, steamy interracial romance that will keep readers up, trying to get to the end. The characters are visual and have personalities you tend to see in everyday people. It is a story which brings the reader to the understanding that not everyone has let go of the past, as well as the fact that everyone has demons, and people have to learn to live with them and be compassionate to others. Cute little light read!

I thought that this was a very fun read. I enjoyed the basic story. I mean who hasn't had a crush on one of your profs and wished that you could be his too. This was a great day dreamer i liked it a lot.
