A Tale of Two Friends

The story revolves around two main characters: A Republican doctor and a Democratic Lawyer who are childhood friends from India but living in NYC at present. Their paths crisscross when the doctor is tortured after being illegally arrested and he reaches out to his lawyer friend to defend him.

The court battles and the present political drama that is playing out in USA is interwoven into the story which ends with a dramatic, unforeseen twist.
