Following a brief overview of aphasia and the various methods of rehabilitation using music and rhythm, we present a study conducted on three patients with Broca's aphasia. Each of the three patients received, for a defined period, melodic therapy, rhythmic therapy, and a control therapy to measure the benefits of music and rhythm on language production.
