Who perches on power lines?
A storytelling of crows
They sit and read books to each other in rows.
They retell wondrous tales of past trick-or-treat nights.
As they gaze down from above at the Halloween sights.

For example, a group of crows can be called a horde or a mob-but those titles might not make for such an enchanting little book.

The term storytelling of crows could have originated because crows are known to gather in large numbers and exchange information with each other. Crows communicate through a number of different vocalizations called "caws." These caws can be used to talk about danger, food sources, or even just to say hello
