This collection should be read in its entirety first, then kept nearby for repeated renewing. In a world where we hear loud, brassy messages, we sometimes forget to listen within. This book reminds us that it is the simple, everyday tasks and events that make us who we are, and cement our relationship to our God.

Listening

The author shares her experience of hearing the "still small voice within" in a way that draws her readers into that experience. Her poetic and prayerful expression leads the reader into the common ground of meditating on our discovery of another way of hearing our own "small voice within".
