Good book, wrong price.

Um... I'm not understanding why these booksellers are advertising this book for hundreds of dollars. I ordered it off of the Ultrarunning website for just 20 dollars, brand new. Is it possible that there is a typo here? It's not written in blood on gold leaf or anything.
