Crackers is an imaginative and funny tale of a young boy named Kip and a squirrel named Crackers. It begins with Kip's loneliness, his quest to play outside and It ends with an unexpected friendship. Often times, as a kid, we find that we are in need of true genuine friendships. And sometimes we find them in people and other times we find them in animals. In my case, I never had a pet until I was much older but I always imagined what it would be like. It didn't necessarily have to be a dog or a cat, any animal would have sufficed. If you really take the time to look, you will see animals are fascinating by the way they move, eat, play, etc... In walks Crackers. This tale is for any kid who hopes for a pet, one who may not be able to play outside, or any kid who just wants to laugh. I hope you enjoy this charismatic tale.
