This was my second year at university but I wanted to travel and found the prospect of planning the financing the next years of study a challenge.

I survived the second year but not without issues. Despite the budget constraints, I had some great times exploring the English countryside by bicycle and by barge on several canals preserved by volunteers to give us a chance to experience a whole different way of life.

Then I went my own way and decided to cycle to France to discover Paris en route to running a friends' farm.
