A Solid Rock, A Rolling Stone & 14 Pebbles: A Mother’s Rock Hard Love, A Father’s Stone Strength and Protection & Their 14 Pebbles Who Knew They Could Not Fall or Fail
~ Full Color Version~ The Hebrew name for family in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible is "Mispahah." It also means "A Clan." It includes all members of a group who were related by blood and who still felt a sense of consanguinity, i.e., a close relationship. In the New Testament the apostle Paul states in Ephesians 3:14-15, "For this cause I bow my knees unto the Father of whom every family in the heavens and on earth is named." Which means as God is the source of the angelic family in heaven and all the human families on earth, so it is of God that every family is named; as parents give names to their children. With all this in mind I give the name of this book out of respect and thankfulness to my parents. I wish that everyone could have experienced the rock hard love of my mother and the stone strength and protection of my father. All of us fourteen pebbles knew that we could not fail or fall, because mom's faith in God led us, dad walked beside us, and God had our back. What more could we pebbles ask for.My prayer is that many families will read this book and be encouraged to love God and one another because that's what the world needs now. My living motto is, "Lord, help me to help somebody every day of my life for with you Lord all things are possible." My desire to do this is totally motivated by love. It's what I saw in my mother.
