India is the land of varied cultures. Since from civilization, it has been giving the uttermost importance to Education. In the earlier times we had Gurukula system, where the disciple had to reside with the Guru or Teacher in his Ashram. The disciple had to serve his Guru in all respects. The Gurukula education system was not confined to only some particular discipline, the disciple was learning all the aspects pertaining to lead a peaceful and harmonious life in the society. Teacher is a person who spreads knowledge or who imparts knowledge. In our tradition the teacher is equated with God. It is said that Guru or Teacher is the manifestation of God. Without teacher no one can learn anything, entire life becomes darkened. Such a crucial role has been playing by a teacher.
