Witty, intelligent mysteries? Charles Goodrum!

Okay, I just received this book and haven't even read it, but am writing a review. That's because this author, a Library of Congress Librarian, now unfortunately deceased, impressed me so much with his Carnage of the Realm and Dewey Decimated (we library staff named our in-house cookbook Dewey Delicious after it) some years ago, that I would write an ecstatic review of anything he wrote.
