A must-read-and-apply book for contractors

I started up my finish carpentry business two years ago and knew I needed to invest a whole lot more into my accounting systems if I wanted to grow (or survive). I've read these authors in JLC articles and always liked how clear and actionable their insights, explanations, and advice were... but it was never the whole picture (the articles were topical, not over-arching). This book brings all of it together in a cohesive view, all-encompassing view with even better clarity than their articles since it's sequential and carries the full context of how to apply the principles. I'm only 2/3 of the way through it and am looking to order more copies for my team! It's answered all of my questions and has made clear precisely what I need to do to get control of my business.
