After a long, successful career and personal life, I felt it was time I step up to the plate and share what I have learned. We are a society that is crying out for help in our social lives and our offices. Just look around. Leaders in the business world are scrambling to find out how to motivate themselves and others, and so many people have no idea how to achieve success in their homes. What happened to traditional values and self-starters? It used to be that we were willing to make the necessary sacrifices to achieve our goals and objectives. But in today's world where too many are living on a diet of reality television, it is interesting that most people can't be real with themselves. I believe we should be setting examples for our young executives and our families to go forward righteously with honesty, integrity, and loyalty. We should lead by example and impress upon them the importance of being smart and willing to work while keeping the right attitude. This is what I think we are lacking.With this guide I want to share my traditional values and what life has taught me about how to be better in the business world and at home. The recommendations and approaches I talk about in these chapters are simple and anyone can make them at any time. It is never too late or too early to get started.
