Peer-to-peer overlay networks are one way to stream live material from a single source to a big number of receivers over the internet. (Pianese et al., 2011) It has many benefits, such as making good use of resources, having the potential to grow, and being easy to set up. The inception gap between streams, which is the time between when a chunk is made and when it gets to the user, is an example of a real-time limit that still makes things hard. Live-streamed events tend to be very time-sensitive, and Quality of Service (QoS) is still a major concern. Blockages in the available bandwidth, changes in the network, and the fact that friends are always changing can all hurt the speed of streaming. Assisting the P2P streaming network with cloud computing infrastructure to ensure the desired level of QoS could be one way to solve this problem. In P2P cloud, hired resources (computational nodes and storage nodes) from the cloud are added on demand to the layer to increase the total available bandwidth and the chance of getting the video on time
