I have really enjoyed John Piper's poems over the years, so when he challenged pastors to try their hand at writing poetry, I was curious to see how it would go. I thoroughly enjoyed it and was startled to discover that it was a great way to meditate on scripture throughout the day. I used the challenge as an opportunity to reflect on the many facets of the doctrine of Imputed Righteousness. The beauty of Christ's righteousness freely given to us is breathtaking to gaze upon.
