The purpose of this book is to give high school students the most basic information that they will require in order to get started with the college application process. This information includes the standard components of a college application and transcript, standardized testing, applying early, financial aid, and much more. This book is unique from any other college research material currently circulating because it is written by a high school student currently going through the college process, for other high school students. It's not full of dry, inaccessible information found in other college information guides. Rather, it includes my own experiences as well as those from other teenagers. If you get through the few corny jokes and various bits of sarcasm that are strategically placed amongst the information included in this book, than I truly believe that by the time you finish this book, you'll be ready to start your own journey through the college process.
