This book is rich with information which can benefit anyone who wants to learn to lead, wants to be a manager, or is studying business/management. While it may be written in layman's terms, it does not take away from the information being shared. It is simply written in a non-complex manner, so everyone can absorb what they are reading. This is meant to be practical and theoretical. It is written with knowledge obtained through years of education and experience, with real world examples. I've also added references for additional research, which may serve as a guide for scholarly writing. Additionally, I have enclosed a test at the beginning of the book, and another at the end. You should take the first to see where your understanding was prior to the read, then again after, to see what you learned. Lastly, I have included a few links to test so you can determine what your "styles" are.
