A Psychotherapist's View of Reality

Your view is your reality. In my view, there is one reality, one Ocean of Being. Just as an ocean of water expresses in billions of waves, the Ocean of Being expresses in billions of people. Each wave is different but not separate from the ocean, and each person is different but not separate from the Ocean of Being. Each person has his or her unique view of reality. Due to conditioning and enculturation, views of many persons are very similar, but no two views are ever identical. No one sees the whole of reality or even much of the whole. You have your view which is your reality, and is the reality in which and out of which you live. As we live and learn over time, our views evolve.

This book expresses my views about life and life issues based on my nearly eight decades of life experience, five decades as a psychologist and psychotherapist, and at least that many decades as a spiritual seeker. I wrote to continue to clarify my views, and I hope my views will add to your refining and clarifying your views.
