This was a wonderful book I could read again some day. I'm glad I took the time.
Long, but well worth the read

4.5 stars, this was full of information, wasn’t too dry, and I am always partial to a narration by the author - but especially for this one, as one could probably tell from his time as president, he’s so compelling to listen to. It was so long, though! I felt like I was reading it forever, even though really it was only 8 days. I will say, my audio checkout ran out part way through and I decided to just finish it as an ebook because I still had my library copy, and that made the end feel even slower. I’m typically a very fast reader, but this was pretty dense and lengthy.
I definitely see why he’d choose to break it in two, I don’t know how I would’ve felt had this been both terms and I was still reading. I’m definitely interested in the second installment and will probably buy the audiobook next time, or start earlier after I get my library copy
