"A Potpourri of Poetry" is a refreshing and honest relfection of the American experience. One gets the feeling that the author genuinely enjoys his work and the honesty of the work shines throughout. I could relate personally to many of the poems and would highly recommend it to people who generally do not read poetry like myself. It is too bad that true American values do not get displayed by the major media outlets of the day. Faith, family, and friends will never be out of style or the mainstream of real America
