Such is the nature of these individuals who have the ability to act and move on before the Law has any inkling of what has occurred. These people present the most unsolvable type of offenses known. For those who think that rehabilitation is an answer, these types of persons have shown themselves to be highly resistant to any type of significant change that would benefit the public. While it may seem cruel, the choices when convicted are life in prison or execution.
