It results from the abuse of force and upholding control over others in intimate relationships from societal abuse of power and authority and other forms of oppression. This paper has proposed several pastoral approaches to raise awareness among men to assess behaviors that may lead to any form of violence against women. Women living in poverty are increasingly vulnerable to male violence, and economic needs compel these women to accept strategies that make them vulnerable. Therefore, we need to increase awareness in public arenas and confront injustices. The Church and society, in general, should focus on restoring peace by acknowledging women's dignity and a man's responsibility.
