The doctrines of John Calvin are increasingly popular and are occasionally divisive within local churches. Faced with the potential for division within one local church, the church's pastor wrote a short "pastoral response" to the issues. The goal of the response was to promote a loving unity within the congregation while also promoting faithfulness to biblical doctrine. While this was written for one particular congregation, others have since found it useful, so it is with the same prayer for unity and faithfulness that Dr. Chaddick's response is made available to a wider audience.
