Baby Bird Budget is a young panda bear that wants to become the smartest board game maker ever. She works hard on her "Panda Bear Checkers," but when it comes time to explain the game in class, she freezes. She forgets what she's supposed to say and is later taunted for it by the school bullies. They don't understand she is unique in her learning style. Still upset, Baby Bird is sent to her grandpa, the Duke of Budget. He has an idea.
