A Narc's Tale: VOL. 3 of 4: Based Upon A True Story Working Undercover as a County Narcotics Investigator

By Keith P. Grounsell

Volume 3 jumps right into the action with a murder-for-hire and a multi-kilo cocaine deal, which stems from the largest undercover operation in my county's history. Working with informants continues as tricks of the trade, props, shooting techniques, and the mental effects of working undercover are shared in great detail. Harassment, threats, and hits on my life further depict the dangerous work of an undercover narc. One creative undercover tactic literally goes up in smoke. Working with female undercovers and remaining physically fit is shown to be crucial to my success. Heart-racing deals and cases involving illegal pharmaceuticals, ecstasy parties, and prostitution stings keep the pages turning while you journey with me as my law enforcement career with the county comes to a close and I prepare to take my UC talents federal.
