Physical inactivity among children is a growing concern, exacerbated by the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aimed to develop and evaluate a movement concept designed to enhance motor competence in elementary school children through structured physical activities. A quasi-experimental study design was employed, involving an intervention group (n = 62) and a control group (n = 65).
