An all-time favorite story

A friend loaned me a paperback of this book quite a few years ago. I think this is the fourth copy I've purchased as I've shared the others with friends. The story of this woman's quest to find her children is beyond moving. World War II happened a long time ago, and reminders of anguish and sorrow are essential if we are not to repeat history. This is a great read, and I defy anyone not to cry at the end. I just wish someone would make the movie, preferably with Meryl Streep in the lead!
