Chrissa Longview had been kidnapped by her ex-boyfriend Ryker James and held for 2 years until Jericho Longview found her and brought her home. He swore he would protect her and to get to her they would have to go through him. Every night the panic set in until he couldn't take it anymore and he left for the mountains of Northeast Georgia with Chrissa, his dog Roman, and his Dad, Ray. Together they found the peace and happiness that had been eluding them in Florida. Their life was idyllic, or was it?

Chrissa is missing again. Jericho knows Ryker took her, but all allegations, all suspicions point to Jericho. Ryker is released five years later. Chrissa and Jericho continue on with their life, managing wineries in two states, helping the NOFO girls on cases. Then, again, Chrissa goes missing. Jericho is a Marine. A deadly one. A Marine with a vow he swore to the NOFO girls. He would go down fighting to keep Chrissa safe, even if that meant dying to protect her. When Jericho and Chrissa both have meetings in two different states on the same day, they have to split up. Chrissa never makes it to her meeting. Thanks to a tracker put on her vehicle, they find out she is in Florida. But, why? When they all converge in Florida, they become aware that someone wants her dead. That same someone buried her in a bunker. Ryker teams up with Jericho and the NOFO girls to get the answers they need and to find Chrissa. Will they be too late?
