Her Guardian Angel is on the Job

Mike Donovan is a sergeant on the Missouri State Highway Patrol. He's divorced, his wife left him and moved to California with his child, who he loves, and he never wants that to happen again, so he is extremely gun shy when it comes to the ladies. He takes his job seriously, so when he gets an anonymous tip that Sabrina Sheldon, who owns a trendy shop called the Crystal Unicorn in Osage Beach, is smuggle drugs during her frequent buying trips between Hot Springs, Arkansas and her shop in Missouri, he stakes out her shop and stops her when she returns from one of those trips.Sabrina is furious that the handsome, but troublesome cop wants to search her van. Especially since he doesn't have a warrant, but since she's got nothing to hide, she allows the search. When the cop finishes she plans on never seeing him again, no matter how good looking he is.But Jonathan, her guardian angel, has other plans. It seems Gabrial is upset with him for allowing Sabrina to remain single for so long. Gabrial wants this couple to get together and authorizes Jonathan to bend the rules of non contact a bit. Jonathan started with that phone call about the drug smuggling. Next he puts a deer in the road so that Sabrina runs into a ditch and needs help getting her car out and who do you think is the next driver to come by?To find out more about this sweet romance, you'll have to seek out the book, but you won't be disappointed. You'll just love it like I did. I promise you will.A Harlequin Dreamers Review by Shino Tanaka
