A look back at 35 years of enriching experiences

The author has proven knowledge and skills in hydraulics, water control for agriculture, sprinkler irrigation and water governance, and good skills in renewable energy. He was born in Ouagadougou where he did his primary education. He obtained the Certificate of Primary Studies at the public school of Bilbalogho, a district of Ouagadougou, in 1974. He then went to Paris (France) to complete his junior high school education before returning to Ouagadougou to take the Brevet d'?tudes du Premier Cycle in 1978. In 1981, he was admitted to the Baccalaur?at series F1 (general mechanics) at the Lyc?e Technique de Ouagadougou (LTO) with honors. He obtained a scholarship to study fluid mechanics at the National Engineering School (ENI) in Bamako, Mali. He obtained his Diploma of Applied Sciences Engineering, option hydraulics, with honors, in June 1985, with the status of "major" of the promotion.Erv? Marcel has held several positions without interruption since 1985.He is Senator of the Junior Chamber International.
