Volume II begins with a presentation on the implementation of the National Environmental Action Plan in the presentation section and ends with the report of the twenty-third Conference of the Parties on climate change in the mission report section. It reviews a number of themes in the presentation section, including Implementation of the national action plan for the environment; mathematics and environmental management; management of natural disasters in Congo and several others. In the mission reports section, the reports of missions both inside and outside the country are discussed. The contents vary according to the mission carried out. These are: Rio +5 Forum; Consultative meeting of experts on the draft vision and strategic plan of the network for environment and sustainable development in Africa. The series continues to end with the Dialogue on Zero Deforestation in the African Context and the twenty-third Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP 23).
