A Light Halloween Tale is a one-act, Christian comedy. Within the church, the subject of Halloween is a lightening-rod topic. This play is not a celebration of Halloween but rather a reminder that God is a God of love and is sovereign even on Halloween. This easy and fun to perform satirical tale is about two families-the CHRISTIANS and the PAGANS. Both families are comically exaggerated to represent extreme ends of the spectrum of light and darkness and good and evil. Regardless of our views of Halloween, we are to be people of love.
