The good the bad and all the in-between, this book dives right in to the complexity of it all. This is a beautifully written poetry book. Full of deep and raw emotion depicting the tender parts of this journey called life including love, loss, loneliness and resilience, from the author's perspective. This book is for anyone at any point in life that is navigating grief, feeling hopeless, lonely or feels misunderstood in this world- which is a lot more of us than I'm sure we realize. The author provides a mindset that invites hope and determination to overcome life's battles while still being able acknowledged and access the deep feelings that come with this human experience.
