The humble retelling of the life of a servant of God, a friend for the journey

Although not as well known as his famous brother-in-law, Billy Graham, Dr Leighton Ford's life story is compelling in its commonality. Born out of wedlock, given up for adoption, being involved in high school with Youth for Christ where he first met Billy Graham in Canada, eventually finding his way to Wheaton University where he met Billy Graham's younger sister. Through all the adversity life can throw at him, God led him through it all as an evangelist and as a mentor to many young people and his story has had an impact on so many individuals he has never met through his preaching, teaching, books and his work with Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, not to mention his art work. This book is written with a humility that can only come from someone whose focus is on God.
