I really like this one. It's so hard to explain grief and loss, and this book does a great job with it. The main character goes to the land called grief and is struggling until he realizes there are other people in that land also grieving. He realizes ways that he can help himself and others to heal. The book is non-religious and doesn't deal with death specifically, so it's great for different types of grief and kids of any spiritual or non-spiritual background. It can help kids see that they're not alone and better understand the process of grieving.
