This is an awesome book! It's changed my life and I refer to this book often. It never stays on my book shelf for very long. I read it with my son when he was 9 years old and we still read parts of it together. He is 13 now and still loves it. You can read a couple of chapters of this book at the author's web site which is [...]. This book is still in print and you can find it for only [...] at the author's web site. This is a great book to give as a gift to family and friends. The author also sells lots of meditation CDs and self-help type CDs and DVDS. My son and I (even my husband) thoroughly enjoy the CDs. His materials helped us understand and learn the connection between the mind, body and spirit and how it all works together to help you have a happy, healthy and positive life. It has also helped us strengthen our faith in God. There's lots of great stuff and free audio clips and video clips on the web site too. Also, it's really a great Christian book and web site if you are looking for spiritual growth. Go to [...] and check it out, you'll want more like I did.
