This book of poetry represents the journey of my life from early childhood feeling rejected by my parents to struggling with illness and eventually finding hope through God. Some of the struggles I have faced include depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Through my faith, and the healing strength of God, I have learned to overcome these challenges while learning to love and accept myself for who I was meant to be before I was born. These poems come from deep within my soul and my hope is that they will help strengthen my soul sisters who may be struggling with some of the same issues. You are not alone
