From the Author
The idea of this book came from watching my own 4 children eating and tasting different kinds of foods and seeing if they would like it or not. I know parents go through that stage when children are young and they don't want to try new foods or they stop eating altogether! So I came up with the idea of having children try various foods by travelling to different continents in a week and enjoying the process.

This an interactive book where the child will anticipate what food hides behind the red door on the next page. There are activities to do after the story that will help the child to remember what they have learned. The book is repetitive and written in large fonts to help the child to be reading on their own in no time. May you and your young ones enjoy this reading adventure!

About the Author
Hasina Knox has been a stay-at-home mom to her four children for nineteen years before turning her hand to writing a children's book. A Journey of Tastes is her first book. As a part of her writing process, she loves immersing herself in her projects; diving headfirst into the research, production, and fine-tuning of the stories that she feels her audiences can relate to. Hasina was born in Bangladesh and now lives in Toronto.
