Angela H. Bayer-Persico has run in-home childcares accredited by the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) since 1999 in Pennsylvania and New York. In 2006, she was named the Teacher of the Year recipient by the Terri Lynn Lokoff Foundation. She was the only national winner of the National Teacher Leadership award by the National Association for Family Child Care (NAFCC) and High Reach in 2007. The Pennsylvania Child Care Association (PACCA) in October 2008 named her Educator of the Year. She earned an MS in Early Childhood Studies with a specialization in Teaching Adults in Early Education. She resides in New York with her loving five children and loving husband along with their many prized pets.
