They shifted their focus to a deep, inner exploration of consciousness, while reconstructing their diets and lifestyle to support their healing. In the process, they each reclaimed loving relationships with their families and replaced fear, guilt and anger with trust, self-esteem and love. The first half of this book is the inspiring, personal story of their intense exploration of the interplay between body, mind and spirit, and the impact of it on their bodies and lives. The second half of the book is a deep dive into the metaphysical concepts that were instrumental to their healing. While this book is ostensively about AIDS, it is a must read for anyone facing a life-challenging situation of any kind.
