A very accurate historical perspective

Mr. Abkbarally Meherally has portrayed the history of this Shia sect with accuracy and intelligence. If one was to check his facts and findings against the Islamic historical perspectives of other scholars (both Muslim and non-Muslim) one would discover that he is in line with the true history of these people and their religion. Many sources have depicted this religion and its people as having been founded and propogated by those who came many many years after the teachings of the Prophet Muhammed (PBUH). Thus, they have altered the religion of Islam and created a new religion which has very little to do with the basic tenents of this great religion (Islam in its true monotheistic form). How such a group of people can continue to be blind to the motives of their leader, the Aga Khan, and how they can ignore the most important commands of the Holy Quran (i.e. calling on others beside Allah, SWT is the major and unforgiveable sin of Shirk) is surprising to myself and many others. The author gives an accurate historical perspective and particularly confirms what others have said, the Aga Khan is not a descendent of the Prophet (PBUH). Even if he were, he does not have the right to tell his followers that the Quran has hidden meanings which he will reveal to them. God has made the Quran clear, but only "Those who believe" will see the truth within its miraculous words and pages. Clearly, as I have confirmed in reading this book, these people and their leader are not Muslim and do not follow the religion of Islam. The fact that they call themselves Ismailis and follow a religion called Ismailism is one evidence of that. Where are those people and that religion mentioned in the Quran or in the sayings of the Prophet(PBUH)? A good piece of non-fiction that I recommend to all.

Beware of Ismailis writing negative reviews

It is evident that Ismailis are responding to this book and others by this author (whether all have actually read the books is questionable) with negativism. How else do you expect them to respond when their religion is being exposed for its falseness? The author does a wonderful job of giving detailed evidence and facts about these people and their religion. They are told not to read his books and that he has a vendetta against Ismailis. This is not true. He is an educated Muslim who realized that he was following a created version of Islam in which his religious leader profits financially. There are many dark sides to this religion and the author does an excellent job of exposing it. Do not listen to what these Ismailis, some have given non-Ismaili names, have to say. Buy these books and read and learn for yourself. The truth takes time to reach some, and it never reaches others. Great work Akberally Meherally!

Ah! Finally THE TRUTH! Doesn't Truth hurt!

I have read his books and without a shadow of doubt, this book reveals secrets that were not available a few years back. Everything he has said in the book can be proved and I myself agree with what he says and I have seen 90% of all that he has said about Ismaili practices. It's about time someone wrote about ismailis and their "Full of Shirk" practices. As I was reading the book I was also checking up his quotation in the Quran, to check whether he was right or wrong. I found everything to be 100% correct. If you are an ismaili and want to find the truth, then this book is for you. However I urge you to keep an open mind. Truth hurts a hell of a lot, but once you swallow the truth life becomes very peacefull after followinf the truth

Every reference is confirmable.

The biggest controversy of our time. Author removes the veil from the history of Aga Khani ismailis. After the publication of this book Aga Khan gave a farman to every single Ismaili paryer hall, not to support the author. Every Ismaili in the world knows about this author and his books and has been instructed not to support the books. A remote village in India or huge metropoliton city in USA, every Ismaili will have negetive feedback about the author and the book. Read it for yourself to see the truth. Every single aspect of the book makes sense if read with an open mind and for the purpose of research. Author gives examples from the work of Ismaili writters that current Imam is not the direct descendeant of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) And ancestors of present Imam either practiced Sunni beliefs or Ithna Ishri practices.

Who are they, where they came from, how it started!

Ismailism is based on heredity of Imams. From all the Ismailis that I have talked to no one can prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that their current Imam is the 48th descendant of Ali. This book discloses history about Ismailis, how it started and who were Ismailis before they became Ismailis. Ismailis history show that the Great grand father, grand father, father and son were born within a span of 30 years to prove the hereditory concept of Imamah. There's an old saying, you can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the times but you cannot fool all the people all the time. This is the reason they call it Hidden faith cause world will never accept something so illogical.
