Building upon his previous study, Carl Schmitt: Theorist for the Reich, Bendersky provides an exceptionally thoughtful discussion of German constitutional and legal matters. His synthesis offers an attractive alternative for classroom use to narratives by Jackson Spielvogel, Donald Wall, and Alan Wilt. Recommended.
