This had to be with the President's knowledge, what is foreign policy was to get re-elected, and anything that might be controversial had to be avoided. If he had accepted the offer, the 3,000 deaths on 9-11-01 could have been avoided as well as the many deaths and injuries overseas at ensued! That same section describes Clinton's signing have a 1999 Public Law 106-102 that repelled two sections of the 19 Banking ACT of 1933 designed to prevent another Great Depression. It started "The Big Slide" We, and the European, have endured since that time, and allowed mortgage approval without credit checks. The section entitled "Voter Fraud Threatens Upcoming Election" describes what every voter should do when they test their ballot in November 2012.
