As the Title suggests this is my heart on a sleeve. This book is an effort to share my heart; fully open and fully exposed. This book shares the rollercoaster of emotions that have stemmed from a chaotic life. I warn anyone who may read this that this book may be triggering to some. Many of my life experiences are heavy and uncomfortable. There is references to more than one suicide, bulimia, abuse I experienced as a child, self harming, as well as references my own mistakes and failures that lead to shame and guilt. The whole point of this book is to express all the emotions that rest upon my heart. To bare the scars, the hurt, but also the hope and resilience that I have found through my journey.
