Convergence is an Asian-themed cross-genre saga. The first novella begins with Gal'Jhada, a commoner who has gained a reputation in the capitol as one of the best hunters of the Bureau of Necronomic Investigations. Probably due to slighting a powerful noble, he is sent to a backwater border town on a mission, a town which happens to be his hometown. His memories conjure images of an abusive father who severely injured his sister, a thieving brother, and an uncaring mother, but the reality of the current situation is much different than he expects, mostly in bad ways but a few good ones as well. Can he salvage a relationship with the few people from his childhood he cared about? Will the tensions on the border erupt into war? Read on to find out.
